1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using BizzBoost services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

2. Description of Service

BizzBoost provides an AI-powered phone receptionist service that:

• Answers incoming calls on your behalf
• Books appointments with customers
• Handles common inquiries and FAQs
• Filters spam and telemarketing calls
• Sends missed-call text messages
• Forwards urgent calls to you
• Sends automated review requests (Growth plan)

3. Account Registration

To use BizzBoost, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Subscription Plans and Billing

Plans

• Starter ($299/month): Instant AI SMS response, live-chat widget, estimate forms, missed-call text-back
• Pro ($499/month): Everything in Starter plus 24/7 AI voice receptionist, spam filtering, call forwarding
• Growth ($799/month): Everything in Pro plus Google review automation, GBP optimization, priority support

Billing

• Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance
• Payment is due on the same date each month
• All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated
• We may change pricing with 30 days notice

Trial Period

New customers receive a 10-day trial period. You may cancel within the trial period without charge. After the trial, your subscription will automatically renew.

5. Cancellation and Refunds

• You may cancel your subscription at any time
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
• No refunds for partial months
• Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period

6. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use BizzBoost to:

• Engage in illegal activities or promote illegal services
• Harass, abuse, or harm others
• Send spam or unsolicited communications
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your business
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Use the service for any purpose other than legitimate business operations

7. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate business information for AI training
• Keeping your service pricing and availability updated
• Complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• Obtaining necessary consents for call recording in your jurisdiction
• Fulfilling appointments booked through the service

8. Intellectual Property

BizzBoost and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by us and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our service or content without permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

BizzBoost is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure. We are not responsible for missed calls due to technical issues, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BizzBoost shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost business opportunities, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BizzBoost and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account immediately if you violate these Terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activity. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. We may retain your data as required by law.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in Dallas County, Texas.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
